This week, we focused on learning some of the vocabulary that goes along with our circus theme. We reviewed words we already knew like tent, clown, and lion. We also introduced new words like ringmaster, trapeze, acrobat, and...believe it or not...cotton candy!
One of our activities this week was to talk about some of our circus vocabulary while we glued in onto our own circus train. Later on, we took a walk through our building to find some of the things we would see at the circus. We worked on matching pictures of our vocabulary words and practiced saying the words out loud.
